The agreement adds a prospective regional operator for the runway-based ALIA.

Future Flight Global has signed a deposit-backed binding term sheet with BETA Technologies for its all-electric ALIA conventional takeoff and landing aircraft, Urban Air Mobility News reported on 5 November. The reported terms cover 10 firm aircraft and options for 10 more. The two counts should remain separate when assessing potential fleet size.
The deal concerns the ALIA CTOL, or CX300, rather than the A250 vertical-lift aircraft. It is intended for runway operations. That removes the need for dedicated vertical landing sites, but an operator would still need charging, ground handling and maintenance arrangements suited to each route.
Future Flight Global is looking at regional mobility uses. The reviewed reporting gives no delivery schedule, deployment locations or launch date. The reported commercial terms do not establish aircraft certification, completed deliveries or permission to start passenger service.
