The agreement adds purchase rights for ten more Eve aircraft. FlyBIS is evaluating routes in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, with no service launch date announced.

Two aircraft move from an earlier expression of interest to a firm order, with any larger fleet contingent on exercise of purchase rights.
Aircraft certification, delivery dates, confirmed landing sites and permissions for specific operations.
FlyBIS has placed two firm orders for Eve Air Mobility’s electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. The agreement, announced on 4 November, includes purchase rights for ten additional units and follows a letter of intent announced in 2022.
FlyBIS is considering coastal connections in Santa Catarina, including Navegantes, Balneário Camboriú and Florianópolis. Gramado and Bento Gonçalves are among the destinations identified in Rio Grande do Sul. The announcement gives no approved routes, service frequency or launch date.
Route planning will have to account for usable landing sites and charging turnaround. Those details will help show whether the proposed trips can fit a repeatable schedule and what infrastructure each destination needs.
Eve says its full-scale engineering prototype has flown more than 70 times. It is expanding the flight envelope through transition testing, including activation of the rear pusher in flight. That campaign concerns the development aircraft; the FlyBIS order does not establish a production delivery or commercial operating approval.
