Strengths
VoloCity has extensive multicopter flight-test experience, and Volocopter's current site continues to describe the aircraft as on the path to EASA certification. Diamond Aircraft completed Volocopter's reorganization in March 2025. In May 2026, ADAC Luftrettung pilots outside the traditional test-pilot group flew VoloCity under supervision with the SimX ground station, providing operational-usability and situational-awareness evidence.

No EASA Type Certificate has been identified. The company has not published a current regulator-committed certification date, and pre-reorganization schedules should not be carried forward.
