Axial-flux motor and integrated electric-engine supplier developing certification programs for Electra EL9 and Vertical Valo.
Propulsion Architecture
Integrated axial-flux electric engines combining motor, controls, cooling and load-bearing functions; the exact product configuration is aircraft-specific.

Strengths
E800 series / E800-A1: Evolito reported a UK CAA Type Certificate application in July 2026, with the initial configuration intended for Electra EL9. Its proposed SC E-19 route and FAA validation plan remain certification work, not issued approvals.
Valo EPUs: a February 2026 supplier agreement covers integrated motors and power electronics, with engine certification planned through UK CAA/EASA cooperation. Do not transfer E800-A1's designation or ratings automatically to Valo.
Public evidence supports an integrated motor/control architecture. A gearbox, precise rated output and configuration-specific certification approval should be asserted only where the applicable product documentation establishes them.
Weaknesses / Open Questions
Remaining gates include authority agreement on certification scope, configuration-specific compliance and engine approval. A DOA recognizes organizational capability; it does not certify every product. Historical aircraft schedules in supplier announcements are not current guidance.
