Strengths
ANAC accepted Eve's type-certificate application in 2022 and published final airworthiness criteria in 2024. In 2026 Eve advanced a full-scale flight-test campaign, completed a first partial transition flight, and applied to begin EASA validation. Embraer's certification and support infrastructure is a material program resource.

Weaknesses / Open Questions
No type certificate has been issued. The 100 km range and future six-passenger autonomous configuration are company design targets, while Eve's June 2026 filing moved expected commercialization to 2028. The next evidence is completion of transition testing, conforming-aircraft production and regulator-accepted compliance work.
