Heart describes the ES-36 (successor to the ES-30, unveiled 23 September 2026) as being developed for FAA Part 25 type certification. The X1 demonstrator flew in August 2026 under an Experimental-category special airworthiness certificate; that is not type certification.
Target Date
Heart targets ES-36 Part 25 certification and entry into service in 2031, with a pre-production first flight in H2 2028; company guidance, not a regulator-committed date.
