First hover was announced on 31 January 2025. The manufacturer reports ENAC operational authorization, without establishing unrestricted commercial operations or an aircraft type certificate. E-811 engine certification is separate from Nuuva aircraft approval.
Expand the flight envelope and disclose configuration-specific UAS approval scope and operational limitations.
Nuuva V300 is an uncrewed hybrid-electric cargo VTOL. It belongs in cargo-UAS coverage, separately from piloted passenger certification comparisons.
Eight battery-powered E-811 engines provide vertical lift. A separate internal-combustion engine provides cruise thrust; this is not electric cruise powered by a series-hybrid generator. A ground station supervises automated flight.
The 3D Explorer follows the first-hover photograph: three fixed lift stations on each lower boom and one raised aft station per side. The aft pusher and flight-state animation represent the published lift-and-cruise design. Exterior proportions and internal markers are illustrative.
Pipistrel E-811: manufacturer identifies eight engines for VTOL lift. Component approval does not constitute Nuuva aircraft approval.
The January 2025 release announced first hover and referenced an ENAC authorization. Planned expansion of testing is not recorded as completed without subsequent evidence.
The intended cargo mission uses nose loading and pallet-compatible storage. Published mission performance remains manufacturer information.
The product page contains inconsistent payload/range combinations between narrative, headline and table. No merged range or payload value is normalized. An E-811 engine type certificate does not approve the Nuuva airframe or authorize unrestricted BVLOS cargo operations.
